Does God Share His Glory: The Tangible Manifestation That Makes You Unstoppable
God's glory is not withheld from His children — it is the very thing that makes them one with Him and undefeatable in every battle.
God does not keep His glory from those who belong to Him. The same glory the Father gave to Jesus, Jesus has given to His followers — so that they may be one with God even as He is one with the Father. When the glory of God rises upon you, you become a sign and a wonder to the world, and no enemy, no circumstance, and no battle can prevail against what God has ordained for your life.
Teaching Overview
- God freely shares His glory with His children because they are one with Him — not with outsiders, but with those born of His Spirit.
- The glory of God is not merely a presence but a tangible, physical manifestation that makes you one with God and inseparable from Him.
- Walking in faith rather than natural reality is the prerequisite for supernatural exploits.
- When the glory rises upon you, you become a threat to the enemy, a sign to the world, and the favourable location wherever you go.
- No human or demonic force can stop, interrupt, or reverse what God has predestined and confirmed with His glory.
Key Distinctions
| Reality | Faith | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | The evidence of the physical, natural world | Alignment with God as the Author of reality |
| What it produces | Limitation — it holds you down | Supernatural exploits that shock the world |
| How it operates | By sight — what can be seen and measured | Beyond sight — what God has spoken and ordained |
| Effect on destiny | Prevents you from doing what has never been done | Positions you to do what no one has ever done |
| Pride | Confidence | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | Self-exaltation rooted in self | Assurance rooted in God's glory shining through you |
| Its source | The flesh | The glory of God upon you |
| How it appears | Arrogance disconnected from God | Boldness that confuses those without spiritual understanding |
| Biblical example | — | David stepping forward to face Goliath |
| Presence | Glory | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | God being with you | A physical, tangible manifestation of God through you |
| How it manifests | Spiritual awareness of God | Something that can be touched, felt, and beheld |
| Effect on others | Draws people into God's atmosphere | Makes you a sign and a wonder — people notice and find God |
| New Testament witness | — | "We beheld the glory of the only begotten one" |
| Prayer | Prophetic | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | Communing with and petitioning God | God's Word spoken through a vessel — not returning void |
| Its scope | Personal and intercessory | A blessing and benefit to everybody who hears it |
| Chronological priority | Came after the fall | Existed before prayer — the first act of God was not urging prayer |
| Why the enemy attacks it | Less targeted by the enemy | The enemy wants to discredit the prophetic because it cannot be stopped |
| General Physician | Specialist | |
|---|---|---|
| What it represents | A believer anointed broadly in their calling | A believer with deep, specific anointing in one domain |
| Scope of function | Broad — can refer to others | Narrow and deep — excels in a defined assignment |
| Example | All apostles were anointed to preach the gospel | Paul had a specific apostolic and revelatory depth beyond general preaching |
| How God works | God anoints all His children | God makes each one a specialist in what they have been called to do |
Reality vs. Faith: The Foundation of Supernatural Living
- Operating in the supernatural requires transcending natural reality entirely and aligning with God as the Author of reality itself.
- Walking by sight is walking in the reality of men — it is the thing that destroys your capacity for extraordinary works.
- Faith is not the denial of facts but the refusal to allow facts to define the ceiling of what God can do through you.
"To be real doesn't bless anybody. To be real doesn't change anybody's life. If you're going to do things that nobody has ever done, you can't be real."
"Never walk by sight, walk by faith."
Optimism as the Believer's Language
- Optimism is not a personality trait for believers — it is the only logical posture when the Creator of the universe is on your side.
- A defeated countenance and body language testify against what you claim to believe and contradict the nature of your God.
- The measure of how genuinely you believe in God is visible in how your physical nature responds to worship and praise.
"If God is on your side, who can overcome you, who can defeat you, who can fight you, who can battle you? Everything you do you win."
"Your own body language is testifying against what you claim to believe."
The Anointing Makes You a Specialist
- The anointing does not give you comprehensive knowledge of everything — it gives you mastery and discernment in the specific domain you have been called to.
- God places His children in deeper and deeper levels of specialisation, just as medicine has general physicians who refer to specialists, and those specialists have specialists above them.
- David was both king and prophet, but the anointing on him drove him primarily toward his kingly assignment — his prophetic function flowed from deep worship, not from his primary calling.
"The anointing doesn't make you know everything, it makes you know what you have been called to do."
Asking Questions Is Evidence of Growth
- Asking questions about Scripture is not unbelief — it is the sign of a growing, maturing mind that is pressing into revelation.
- Children ask questions because they are growing; believers who never ask questions are not growing.
- The gospel specifically refers to the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ — it is not a synonym for all teaching, and conflating the two produces resistance to spiritual growth.
"If you don't ask questions, you are not growing."
"It is only by the revelation of the spirit of God that you grow."
God's Glory Belongs to His Children
- Isaiah 42:8 declares that God will not give His glory to another — meaning someone outside of Himself — but His children are not another; they are one with Him.
- Giving His glory to His children is not God relinquishing what is His — it is God sharing with those who are His own, born of His Spirit, and made one with Him.
- Isaiah 60:1 commands God's people to arise and shine because His glory has risen upon them — making any doctrine that withholds this a doctrine of deception.
"God does not give His glory to any other person, nor any other graven image. But to those who are with Him, those who are born of His Spirit, those who are one with Him."
"When somebody tells you God doesn't share his glory, they are lying to you. It's a doctrine of devil."
The Glory Is Physical and Tangible
- The glory of God is not merely an atmosphere or a spiritual presence — it is a physical manifestation that can be touched and felt.
- The apostles declared they beheld the glory of the only begotten — glory was visible and tangible, not just conceptual.
- Without the glory rising upon you, you remain separated from the oneness with God that Jesus prayed for in John 17.
"The glory is not just a presence. Glory can be touched. Glory can be felt."
"Unless the glory is on you, you are not one with God."
The Glory Makes You Unstoppable
- When the glory of God rises upon you, no one on the planet can remain unaware of the finger of God upon your life — you become a sign and a wonder.
- Any battle that comes against someone carrying God's glory is no longer a fight with that person — it is a fight with God Himself.
- Satan has no objection to believers who are in God but lack the glory, because without the glory there is no impact and therefore no threat.
"When the glory of God rises upon you, you become one with God. It doesn't matter what battle comes your way. It becomes God's battle."
"If you don't have the glory of God upon you, you're not a threat to the enemy. The glory equals impact."
You Are the Favourable Location
- When God's glory is upon you, you do not need the best city, the best location, or the best circumstances — you are the location.
- You are seated upon a hill and cannot be hidden because the glory is already upon you, drawing people to God through you.
- The glory transforms every sphere — career, business, industry — into a place where people find God, because wherever you are, God is found.
"You won't need a favorable location. You will be the favorable location."
"You are the city of the living God. You are sitting upon a hill. You cannot be hidden because the glory is already upon you."
God Boasts Through His Glory
- When God places His glory on you, He is boasting — showing off what He can do through a human vessel.
- Second Corinthians 10:17-18 establishes that the approval that matters is not self-commendation but the Lord's commendation, and the one who boasts must boast in the Lord.
- Even the trials and provocations that come with carrying God's glory are part of God's boasting — everything you do will draw attention because God is proving a point.
"When God decides to put his glory on you, he's boasting. He's showing off."
"Everything you do will rub somebody the wrong way. Why? Because God is boasting."
Challenges Are Proof of God's Choice
- God allows challenges — even those caused by your own fault — so that you and those who doubted you will know that He chose you and predestined your path.
- The glory requires some darkness in order for it to be proven that it is of God and not of man — the greater the wave of darkness, the greater the capacity and brightness of the light.
- When God has decided, nothing on earth or in the spirit realm can change or disqualify what He has predestined.
"When the glory comes upon you, nothing can disqualify you. No one can qualify you."
"When God places something, he does not take it back."
The Prophetic and the Glory
- Before prayer existed, there was the prophetic — the prophetic is not a secondary gift but a foundational one, preceding even Adam and Eve's prayer life.
- Prophetic words spoken by those in God's glory carry the authority of God's own Word, because God's Word spoken through a vessel does not return void.
- The enemy targets the prophetic ministry precisely because it cannot be stopped — no one can stop what God has started.
"My word that I have spoken will not return unto me void. So, if there is no prophetic utterance from you..."
"He will never change. It can never be stopped. Because no one can stop what God has started."
Key Definitions
Glory — Not merely the presence of God, but a physical, tangible manifestation of God that can be touched, felt, and beheld — the manifestation through which God makes His children one with Himself and boasts about them to the world.
Anointing — Not comprehensive spiritual knowledge, but the divine equipping that makes you a specialist in the specific assignment God has called you to — it makes you know what you have been called to do, not everything.
Gospel — The good news (euangelion in Greek) that God has paid the price through Jesus Christ — specifically referring to salvation: belief in Christ results in forgiveness of sins. It is not a synonym for all biblical teaching.
Confidence — The bold assurance that comes from the glory of God shining through you — distinct from pride, which is self-rooted. What appears as arrogance to those without spiritual understanding is the glory making itself known.
Pride — Self-exaltation rooted in the flesh, completely distinct from the God-rooted boldness of a believer walking in the glory. David's brothers misread his confidence before Goliath as pride — it was the glory shining.
Reality — The evidence and limitations of the natural, physical world. Walking in reality prevents supernatural exploits because it defines the ceiling by what has never been done rather than by what God can do.
Key Takeaways
- God freely shares His glory with His children — Because His children are one with Him, giving them His glory is not giving it to another; it is God sharing what is His with those who belong to Him.
- The glory is a physical, tangible manifestation, not just a spiritual atmosphere — Understanding this distinction unlocks the reality that you can carry, display, and operate in God's glory visibly and powerfully.
- Walking in faith rather than natural reality is the prerequisite for extraordinary exploits — Reality holds you down; faith in God as the Author of reality elevates you beyond what has ever been done.
- When the glory is upon you, every battle becomes God's battle — This means no enemy can successfully oppose you because they are no longer fighting you — they are fighting God.
- God allows challenges so that His choice and His glory in you can be proven — Darkness does not negate the glory; it is the very contrast that makes the glory visible and undeniable.
Reflection Questions
- Are you currently walking more in natural reality — measuring your situation by what you can see — or are you walking in faith in what God has spoken over your life? What specific evidence supports your answer?
- Does your body language, your conversation, and your daily posture reflect someone who genuinely believes the Creator of the universe is on their side? What would need to change?
- When challenges have come — even those caused by your own mistakes — have you interpreted them as evidence that God has abandoned you, or as proof that God is positioning and promoting you? How does this teaching change your perspective on a current difficulty?
- Do you know what you have been specifically anointed to do, or are you trying to operate in every gift equally? What steps can you take this week to pursue deeper clarity and development in your specific calling?
- If the glory of God makes you a favourable location wherever you go — meaning you carry God's presence into every career, city, and situation — how does that truth change the way you approach your professional life, your relationships, or a decision you are currently facing?
Prayers and Declarations
