Resurrection Life: The Power That Removes Every Limitation

Resurrection Life: The Power That Removes Every Limitation

Teaching by Prophet Lovy L. Elias · Watch on YouTube · 5 April 2026

Because Jesus is not in the grave, every limitation — spiritual, physical, and eternal — has been destroyed for those who carry His resurrection Spirit.

The resurrection of Jesus Christ is not merely a historical event to be commemorated — it is the living foundation upon which every believer's inheritance, identity, and limitless power rests. He is not in the grave, which means when you call on Him, you are not seeking dead things. You are reaching into a living inheritance that has already been made alive. Through deepened understanding of the exceeding greatness of His power and an increasing appetite for His presence, believers are called to manifest resurrection life in every dimension of existence.

Teaching Overview

  1. We are not seeking things in the grave. When we call on God, we are receiving what is actually our inheritance. We are not seeking a dead God, so He is not in dead places.
  2. I have been made alive — everything has meaning.

He Is Not Here — He Is Risen

  • Prayer is not going to the grave — when you call on Jesus, you are reaching toward One who is alive.
  • The manifestation of the things God has for you has not yet been fully released, but it is accessed through the understanding that Jesus paid the ultimate price so that abundant life — spiritual, physical, and eternal — would be revealed through you.
  • When God removes something from you, it is not because it is dead — it is because He has something better in the next season.

"When you call on the Lord Jesus, you are seeking somebody that is alive. The act of prayer is not going to the grave."

From Recipients to Children

  • Before salvation, believers were mercy cases — recipients of grace from a distance.
  • In redemption, the relationship has changed: God is no longer administering pity — He is doing what a Father does, blessing His own children.
  • Children are not pitied — they are privileged, and God is now free to do what He always intended beyond just redeeming you.

"God is my father. I am not a welfare case."

Everything Made Alive Has Meaning

  • To be made alive in Christ means that every aspect of your life — including suffering, tears, and shortcomings — carries immediate purpose and will produce something.
  • In Adam, productivity has an end that profits nothing eternally; in Christ, everything is reoriented toward purpose.
  • The only being whose life has lost meaning is the devil — even he created a purpose for himself as an adversary; how much more does God assign meaning to every part of your life.

"Even your shortcomings now have a meaning. Your suffering was not for no reason. When you're in Christ, even your suffering means something."

The Spirit of Resurrection Removes Every Limitation

  • The Spirit of Him that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in believers — and that same Spirit quickens mortal bodies, meaning every physical and spiritual limitation is subject to termination.
  • To quicken means to strengthen and revitalize — when a strong challenge arises, the Spirit of God makes you stronger than that challenge and carries you higher.
  • If the grave could not hold Christ's mortal body, then no limitation — whether from witchcraft, curses, sickness, or spiritual jurisdiction — has the authority to hold those in whom that Spirit lives.

"The spirit of resurrection removes every mortal limitation. Because if Jesus' mortal body could not be held in the grave, and that spirit lives in me, and I am not in the grave, what is going to stop me?"

Faith Is Knowing, Not Assuming

  • Faith is not assumption — it is substance rooted in knowing, where the reality of God's promise has become so internalized that you no longer think about it, you simply manifest it.
  • Most believers carry knowledge of God but not a knowing — and the difference is that knowing triggers manifestation automatically.
  • When you are in faith, manifestation has already been triggered — waiting for people to see what God has done before you believe He has done it reveals the absence of faith.

"Faith is knowing. When you have a knowing something has become part of you, you no longer think about it, you just manifest it."

The Exceeding Greatness of His Power

  • The power that raised Christ from the dead is not merely great — it exceeds understanding, meaning by exploring and comprehending resurrection, you have access to limitless power of the Holy Spirit.
  • Power increases with revelation — every time the apostles received a profound revelation of Jesus, another increase of the Holy Spirit came upon them.
  • The same Spirit who was present at creation — who formed all things and holds the universe together by the word of God, not by strength — now dwells in believers.

"We have limited the eternal God. Who holds up the universe by His word? Not by His strength — by His word. Simply He spoke and that word is holding things together."

Appetite Determines the Dimension of God You Access

  • God will bless you where your appetite is — just as He waited for Abraham's appetite to grow before revealing the fullness of His promise, He responds to the hunger you present.
  • The limits of a prophet — and of any believer — are not the limits of God; they are the limits of how far that believer has explored God.
  • God cannot speak to you in areas where you do not believe — hunger opens the dimensions of the prophetic and of power that knowledge alone never reaches.

"The limits of a prophet is how far they have explored God."

"God will bless you where your appetite is."

Devotion Is Your Lifeline

  • Your devotion is not a discipline among many — it is the lifeline that maintains your spiritual vitality and carries resurrection power.
  • No voice, no past failure, and no season of coldness has the final word — the same Spirit that made all things alive can re-ignite hunger, restore prayer, and revive what has gone dim.
  • Communion is not a symbol — the apostles never gathered without it because it maintains spiritual vitality and connects believers to the living flesh and blood of Jesus Christ.

"Your devotion is your lifeline. Don't allow anything to stop your devotion."

Key Definitions

Resurrection — The act by which Christ not only rose from the dead but made all things alive, removing every mortal limitation from those in whom His Spirit dwells.

Quicken — To strengthen and revitalize; the Spirit of God making believers stronger than every challenge they face, carrying them from glory to glory.

Knowing — A deep, experiential certainty that has become part of who you are, such that manifestation occurs without striving; distinct from mere knowledge, which is information held in the mind.

Faith — "Faith is substance. Faith is rooted in knowing and not just knowledge." The evidence of things not yet seen — but already possessed — such that when manifestation arrives, faith has already done its work.

Appetite — The measure of hunger a believer presents before God; the dimension God fills and the boundary He waits on before releasing the fuller dimensions of His promise.

Communion — Not a symbol of Christ's body and blood, but His very flesh and blood — the means by which the church maintains spiritual vitality, and the central act around which the apostolic gathering was always built.

Key Takeaways

  • Prayer is not going to the grave — it is reaching into living inheritance. Because Jesus is risen, every prayer is a declaration toward things already made alive, not a plea directed at dead places.
  • In Christ, everything about your life carries immediate meaning. No suffering, no tear, and no shortcoming is wasted — all have been reoriented toward divine purpose through resurrection.
  • The Spirit of resurrection removes every mortal limitation. Because the grave could not hold Christ, no door — spiritual or physical — has the authority to remain closed to those in whom that Spirit dwells.
  • Faith is knowing, and knowing triggers manifestation automatically. The gap between believing and receiving closes when knowledge becomes a deep knowing that no longer requires visible proof to be real.
  • Appetite determines what dimension of God you access. God responds to the hunger you present — greater appetite opens greater revelation, greater revelation increases power, and increased power produces greater manifestation.

Reflection Questions

  1. When you pray, are you approaching God as a child coming to a Father — or still as a mercy case begging from the outside? What would change in how you pray if you fully believed you were His heir?
  2. Is there an area of your life where you have accepted a limitation as permanent — a closed door, a medical verdict, a financial ceiling, a broken relationship? What does it mean that the Spirit who raised Christ from the dead dwells in you in that specific area?
  3. Where is your appetite for God right now — and does your prayer life reflect genuine hunger, or has devotion been crowded out by lesser things? What has quenched your fire, and what would it take to let it be re-ignited?
  4. The teaching draws a clear line between knowledge and knowing. In which areas of your faith do you have knowledge without a true knowing — and what step would move you from information into genuine, manifesting faith?
  5. If the limits of a prophet are how far they have explored God, what are the limits currently placed on your own walk with God — and what unexplored dimension of His power is your hunger being called to pursue?

Prayers and Declarations

Opening Declaration

"The Spirit of the Lord has anointed me to preach the Gospel to the poor, to heal the broken-hearted, and to preach deliverance to the captives."

Victory Declaration

"We live in victory. We celebrate victory. We know that we know that we know that what you have established for us is your glorious victory in our lives."

Say this after me:

"Father, in the name of Jesus, I come back to you. I come back to you because you are my refuge. You are my safe place. Where can I go from you? You are my beginning, you are my end, you are my life. Father, I ask you to forgive me. For all my errors, Father forgive me, for letting my devotion to die out. My dedication to die out. Father, I refocus myself today. But I know I cannot do it of my own strength. I know I cannot do it of my own ability. It is only by your spirit that I can be restored in your presence. So, Father I ask you now, re-ignite me, restore your spirit in me, restore the hunger for your presence in me. Remove distractions from me. I desire you Lord Jesus. I call unto you Lord Jesus."

Repeat after me:

"Lord Jesus Son of God. Have mercy on me. Lord Jesus Son of God. Have mercy upon me. Lord Jesus Son of God. Have mercy upon me. By your spirit revive me. By your spirit revive me. By your spirit make me alive today. Fill me with your spirit. Fill me with your strength. Reveal yourself unto me in a new way, in a new way. All is spirit, rest upon me. All is spirit, rest upon me. All is spirit, rest upon me."

Declare this:

"My life is hidden in you. My life is hidden in you. My life is hidden in Christ. I am in God. My life is seeing an increase. My life is seeing an increase. And in God, my life is seeing an increase. And in God. My life is in an increase. And in God. My life is in an increase. And in God."

Prophetic Declaration

"Your fire will never be quenched again. I said your fire will never be quenched again. That resurrection power that made everything alive has made your spirit alive again. Has made your soul alive again. Has made your hunger alive again. Has made your prayer alive."

Prayer Over the Bread

"Father, as I partake of it, may I be put together. May I be put together. Everything that was broken. Everything that was broken. Every sickness. Everything that was going wrong in my life. Anything that was going wrong in my life. By reason of your body. By reason of your body. I am restored. I am restored. I take of it. Father, I thank you."

Prayer of Gratitude for the Blood

"For the blood of Jesus. That was shed for me. And for my family. Father, I thank you. By reason of the blood of Jesus. I have been restored in you. I am sealed in you. Never to be separated because the blood of Jesus has done it all for me."

Declaration Over the Blood

"Everything negative that has ever been said about me. Everything negative I have ever said about me. Everything negative I have said about me. The blood of Jesus speaks better things. The blood of Jesus speaks better things. The voice of the blood, the voice of the blood, curses have come to an end. In my life and in my children, and in my seed, and in my seed, by reason of the blood of Jesus, and the voice of the blood, blessings are guaranteed in my life."

Declaration of Sanctification

"By reason of the blood of Jesus, I am purified. I am purified. I am sanctified. I am purified. I am purified. I have been made holy. I have been made holy by reason of the blood of Jesus. I have received righteousness. Jesus is my righteousness. Jesus is my righteousness. Because of the blood of Jesus. Because of the blood of Jesus. I take of it."

Closing Prayer

"Father in the name of Jesus, we thank you for your church. And we thank you, Lord, that by your risen Savior, that we have church, that there is a reason to be here. There is a reason to rejoice. There is a reason to hope. There is a reason to believe. That Lord, nothing in your presence is dead. That Father, we declare today in the mighty name of Jesus, that every dead thing rise to the life of Christ in us, that every dead thing rise to the life of Christ in us, that Lord, we do not go through this day without remembrance of what your precious Son has done for us, that we would walk in a newness of life from today, in a newness of hope from today, in a newness of peace from today, because of you whom we carry. So Lord bless your church, increase your church, cause your church to walk in resurrection power from today in the mighty name of Jesus."
