God's Memory Revealed: Walking in the Eternal Truth of Who You Already Are

God does not remember you by your present circumstances — He remembers you by the eternal truth of who you already are in His divine purpose.

God is not bound by time, and neither is His knowledge of you. Before you were conscious of yourself, before you knew His name, God had already engraved you on the palms of His hands, ordained your path, and seated you with Christ in heavenly places. The question is not whether God remembers you — the question is whether you will align with the truth He has already established about your life.

Teaching Overview

  1. God operates outside of time and already knows the complete, predestined outcome of your life — His memory of you is not based on your present circumstances but on eternal truth.
  2. Most believers operate with facts, but God operates from truth — and truth is what has been established before time, outside of time, and cannot be altered by present conditions.
  3. Prayer does not move God to act on your behalf — it opens your eyes to what God has already done, secured, and ordained for you.
  4. You are more than a conqueror, meaning all your battles have already been fought and won — God sees you already on the other side.
  5. The enemy knows who God has chosen before you know yourself, which is why aligning with God's eternal truth about your identity is the foundation of genuine rest and peace.

God's Hidden Nature and the Conditions of Revelation

  • God by nature is a hiding God — He does not simply reveal Himself, He hides Himself, and discovery comes only when He leads you to Himself.
  • Self-revelation is a reward: when you fulfill what He desires of you, the reward is that He makes Himself known to you.
  • God has set conditions and principles for encounter — obedience and love are the pathways through which He and the Father come and make Their abode with you.

"Those who love me, they that keep my word — if you keep my word, I will make myself known unto you."

The Foundation of Effective Prayer

  • Prayer is as effective as your knowledge of God is — God does not simply answer because you open your mouth.
  • God answers because you understand the protocols that make God answer — approaching Him without that understanding means you will never obtain your heart's desire.
  • Many people are not actually praying — they are complaining, venting, and failing to commune with God.

"Your prayer will be as effective as your knowledge of God is."

"Too much praying can be a sign of unbelief."

God's Will, Your Desires, and the Danger of Interference

  • God's will is ultimate, but God also desires to fulfill your heart's desires — these are not mutually exclusive when you are transformed by Him.
  • The reason God cannot always give you your heart's desire in the present is not inability — it is that your unformed desires could interfere with His divine purposes.
  • God will shut down anything that attempts to interfere with His divine plan — as with the Tower of Babel, where men sought to reach heaven on their own terms, bypassing the redemptive purposes of Christ.

"They wanted to approach heaven on their terms, not on God's terms."

God's Memory Operates Outside of Time

  • God's memory does not function based on time because God dwells outside of time — He is not bound by the cognitive limitations that govern human memory.
  • Human memory depends on time, encounter, and the perceived importance of an event — God's knowledge requires none of these.
  • God already knows you before you are conscious of yourself — you do not introduce yourself to God; God introduces Himself to you, because He has always known you.

"If God knows you before you're conscious of yourself, then you don't introduce yourself to God — God introduces Himself to you. Because you are the one that doesn't know Him, but He has known you."

God Knew You Before Your Mother's Womb

  • Before Jeremiah was born, God had already known him, set him apart, and ordained him a prophet to the nations — Jeremiah was discovering what God had already decided.
  • God numbers our days not by counting up as we do, but by counting down — He looks toward the date of our transition from this world back to Him.
  • The death of His saints is precious to Him because it is the moment they transition and can receive what cannot be received while in the body.

"Before you were born, I knew you. Before you were in the womb, I ordained you a prophet to the nations."

God Already Knows Who Is in Heaven — Not Who Will Be

  • God does not see you as someone hoping to make it to heaven — for you are already seated with Christ Jesus in heavenly places.
  • Anything that exists in time has already happened to God — we and the angels are seeing events unfold, but to God they have already unfolded.
  • Prophecy is not predicting a possible future — it is the ability to see what has already been established in eternity.

"Anything that is in time has already happened. God is not waiting for it to unfold. It has already happened. We and the angels are seeing it unfold, but to God, it already unfolded."

God Speaks From the End, Not the Beginning

  • God's memory of you is connected to His divine purpose and how He ordained and predestinated your life — not to your current struggles.
  • When God speaks to you, He does not speak concerning your problems — He speaks concerning your solution, because you have already passed that stage.
  • God came to Abraham and declared he would be the father of nations before Abraham had a single son — because God had already seen everything that was to be.

"When God speaks of what is to come in your life, you have to know that there is already memory that exists."

"Whenever God speaks to us, He doesn't speak concerning our problems. He speaks concerning our solution."

Facts vs. Truth

  • Facts are present-circumstance information bound to time — truth is what has been established before time and exists outside of it.
  • The fact may be that you are broke right now — the truth is that you are a multi-billionaire through Christ.
  • The truth of your life is not centered on your weakness, your failures, your missing it, or being left behind — those are predicaments of the flesh, not the truth.

"The fact is you may be broke right now. The truth is you are multi-billionaire through Christ."

"Most of us operate with facts, but God does not care about facts. God cares about truth."

The Enemy's Deception Through Time

  • The enemy operates within time and deceives you into believing God is shocked by what you have done — but God, who predestinated all things, already ordained that all things work for your good.
  • If you function in condemnation, you are deceived — because condemnation assumes God is responding to your failures in real time, which contradicts His eternal nature.
  • God does not only foresee your errors — He ordained them into His plan because all things work together for the good of those who love Him.

"If God operates outside this realm, outside time, then what I am doing — because He predestinated — meaning He did not only foresee my error, He actually ordained it, because all things work for our good."

God's Standard of Righteousness: The Account of Rahab

  • God's standard of righteousness is not based on human judgment or social standing — it is based on alignment with and obedience to His divine purpose.
  • Rahab was a prostitute who had never repented, yet God declared her righteous — because He had strategically placed her for His purposes, and she obeyed.
  • Believers who rush to fix and condemn people do not understand that some people are strategically placed by God — touching them is touching God's plan.

"The standard is, she obeyed me because I placed her there. You want to fix people; you don't know that they are strategically placed by God."

God Has Already Secured Everything — The Three Wills

  • God has already locked down and secured everything about your life — prayer does not move God into action but opens your eyes to what He has already done.
  • God's perfect will is that you know everything you are ordained for; His permissive will allows you to catch something of His plan even without full knowledge; the will of man leads to destruction.
  • You are more than a conqueror — not still fighting, not mid-battle, but past conquest, now seated, because God already sees you on the other side.

"Our prayer simply opens our eyes to what God has already done."

"You are more than a conqueror, meaning that you conquer everything — now you just sit."

God's Knowledge of You and the Rest You Are Owed

  • God has been watching over you since you were in the world — before you ever came to Him — so now that you are in Christ, you should be at even greater rest.
  • The devil knew who you were before you knew yourself — that is why trouble followed you even when you had done nothing wrong.
  • You have not entered rest because you are still not confident in the truth that you have been predestinated — and that lack of confidence is the enemy's advantage.

"God has been watching over you since you are in the world. Now that you have come to Him you should be even more at rest."

"The devil already knows who you are. You just don't know who you are."

Key Definitions

Memory (Human) — The faculty by which the mind stores and remembers information, dependent on time, encounter, and the perceived significance of an event.

Memory (God's) — God's knowledge of you, which operates outside of time and is not dependent on encounter, duration, or interaction — rooted entirely in His eternal, predestined purpose for your life.

Facts — Present-circumstance information that is real in time but not final — subject to change and never the full picture of God's design.

Truth — What has been established before time and exists outside of it — the eternal reality God has already ordained for your life, which cannot be altered by current circumstances.

God's Perfect Will — The state in which you know everything you are ordained for and walk in full alignment with His divine purpose.

More Than a Conqueror — Not someone currently fighting battles, but someone who has already subdued every enemy — past conquest, now seated, with enemies serving them.

Key Takeaways

  • God's memory of you is not based on your present circumstances but on eternal truth — Because He exists outside of time, He is already looking at you from the other side of every challenge you are facing.
  • Facts and truth are not the same thing — Accepting facts as final while ignoring God's eternal truth means living beneath the identity He has already established for you.
  • Prayer does not move God to act — it opens your eyes to what He has already done — Understanding this shifts prayer from desperation to alignment, from pleading to receiving.
  • You are already seated with Christ in heavenly places — This is not a future promise; it is the present reality from which God sees you and speaks to you.
  • The enemy knows your identity before you do, and his greatest weapon is keeping you ignorant of it — Knowing who you are in God's predestined purpose is the foundation of genuine rest, peace, and spiritual authority.

Reflection Questions

  1. Are you approaching God primarily when you need something, or are you pursuing Him for who He is — and what would change in your daily prayer life if you pursued the latter?
  2. Where in your life are you accepting facts as final when God's eternal truth says something completely different? What would it look like to align with the truth instead?
  3. Do you genuinely believe you are already seated with Christ in heavenly places — or do you live as though your victory is still uncertain? What is keeping you from resting in that truth?
  4. The teaching reveals that God does not speak concerning your problems but concerning your solution. When God has spoken over your life, have you received it as truth or dismissed it because your circumstances did not yet match it?
  5. You have been watched over and predestinated since before you were born — yet many believers live in fear, condemnation, and spiritual anxiety. What specific area of your life requires you to stop operating from facts and start resting in who God has already declared you to be?
