Hidden in Plain Sight: Divine Protection, Prophetic Power, and the Kingdom Proven by Testimony

Teaching by Prophet Lovy L. Elias · Watch on YouTube · 14 July 2025

God's protection over His people is not passive concealment — it is an offensive, prophetic authority that hides you from the enemy while revealing the enemy's plans to you.

A church without testimony is a dead church. The kingdom of God is not in words but in power, and that power is proven through the consistent, documented, undeniable demonstration of God's healing hand on human lives. One year of Cilom healing services stands as evidence that the God who heals is still active, still present, and still transforming lives from the inside out.

Teaching Overview

  1. A church without testimony is a dead church — the kingdom of God is proven through power, not words.
  2. Faith is built on what you have seen God do, not merely on what you have been told.
  3. Believers are hidden in plain sight — the enemy cannot locate those walking under divine protection in a prophetic atmosphere.
  4. Authority in the spirit realm is dimensional — those operating from a higher heaven have power over those in the lower heavens.
  5. The church is not only called to play defense against the enemy but to operate offensively through prophetic revelation.

The Kingdom Is Proven by Power, Not Words

  • A church without testimony is spiritually dead — the evidence of God is not found in eloquent speech but in demonstrable power.
  • The Apostle Paul declared that the kingdom of God is not in words but in power — if there is no power, there is no gospel.
  • It is easy to talk about Jesus; it is another thing entirely to demonstrate Him.

"A church that has no testimony is a dead church. Where's the evidence of God? Because the evidence of God is not in word. The kingdom of God is not in words, but in power. If there is no power, there is no gospel."

"It's easy to talk about Jesus. It's another thing to demonstrate him."

You Can Only Give What Has Been Given to You

  • No minister can impart what they do not possess — the law of the Spirit is that you cannot give what you don't have.
  • Preaching what you don't carry is spiritual deception, inflating expectation without providing access.
  • Peter's declaration at the Beautiful Gate — "Silver and gold I have none, but what I have I give you" — establishes the principle that authentic ministry flows from genuine divine endowment.

"You can only give what has been given unto you. The law of the Spirit is always you cannot give what you don't have."

"I can easily mislead you by pumping you up into something I cannot do. But what grace am I communicating to you if I am preaching what I don't have?"

Faith Is Built on What You Have Seen, Not What You Have Been Told

  • Human beings are visual learners — children do not do what they are told, they do what they see, and this is how faith is formed.
  • Faith is not about believing words on a page; it is about believing in God's ability based on a witnessed reality.
  • When God shows His mighty hand in your life, you see it with your eyes — and that becomes the unshakeable foundation of your faith.

"Faith is not meant to be on scriptures. Faith is based on the power of God."

"Children don't do what they are told they do what they see. That's how we learn."

Grace Over Legalism

  • Legalism sounds like the gospel but is not — it shouts at sin without providing the way out.
  • Grace removes self-dependence and anchors the believer entirely in Jesus Christ.
  • The goal of ministry is not behaviour management but demonstrating the Spirit and power of God so that faith rests in God's power, not in human performance.

"Grace removes works, because grace makes you depend on Jesus Christ, not on yourself. It is about demonstrating the spirit and the power of God so that your faith may be in the power of God."

Hidden in Plain Sight: Divine Protection

  • God has bestowed a specific level of protection upon His people — they are hidden in plain sight, invisible to the radar of the enemy.
  • Demonic spirits are always monitoring in the natural, but there are those whom the enemy cannot locate — they only see where such a person has been, never where they are.
  • This level of divine concealment is directly connected to the blessing coming upon believers and the territories God is sending them into.

"There is a protection that has been bestowed upon you. That you be hidden in plain sight. And this level of protection is because of the blessing that is coming upon you and the territories that God is sending you into."

Prophetic Offense: Knowing the Enemy's Plans

  • The believer is not limited to a defensive posture — God anoints His people to know the plans of the enemy before they are executed.
  • Elisha's ministry demonstrates that the man of God can sit in the enemy's war councils through the spirit and report back exactly what is being planned against God's people.
  • Walking in a prophetic atmosphere makes the believer the real monitoring presence — while the enemy is planning, the believer is already ten steps ahead.

"We don't only have to play defense. We can be offensive against the enemy. We can be effectively offensive and even beyond that we can know what they are doing and actually shift what they are doing that whatever they dug for you they picked the dug for you, plans they have for you, that they will fall into their own traps."

"When you walk in a prophetic atmosphere, you are the real monitoring spirit that the devil is praying against."

Dimensional Authority in the Spirit Realm

  • Authority in the spirit is dimensional — those operating from the higher heavens carry power over all that exists in the lower heavens.
  • An angel can be present in a room completely unseen unless a person is filled with the Holy Spirit and seated in a higher class in the heavenly realm.
  • The false doctrine that Satan was the worship leader of heaven has no scriptural foundation — Seraphims lead worship before God's throne, while Cherubims are guardians and carriers of His presence, not worship leaders.

"Based on the heaven you come from, if you're from the high heavens, you have power over the ones that are in the lower heavens."

"Cherubims are the chariot of God, guardians of His presence. They are not worship leaders. That's a lie. They represent the mercy of God."

Key Definitions

Testimony — Visible, verifiable evidence of God's supernatural work in a person's life; the proof that the kingdom of God operates in power, not merely in words.

Hidden in plain sight — A state of divine protection in which the enemy can see only where a believer has been but cannot locate where they currently are or what God is doing in and through them.

Monitoring spirits — A commonly misused term in church culture; in truth, all demons monitor continuously — the concept of a "special unit" called monitoring spirits is theologically inaccurate. What is significant is that God-filled believers are concealed from that monitoring through dimensional authority.

Cherubims — Guardians and carriers of God's presence; representatives of God's mercy, not worship leaders. Two cherubims with touching wings appear on the mercy seat. The Bible declares that God rides on the wings of the cherubim.

Seraphims — The true worship leaders of heaven, worshipping before God's throne continuously: "Holy, holy, holy, God Almighty."

Grace — The divine provision that removes dependence on self and anchors the believer entirely in Jesus Christ; it is not a license to sin but the actual escape from sin's power — the way out that legalism cannot provide.

Key Takeaways

  • A church without testimony is a dead church — testimony is not optional decoration; it is the proof that the gospel being preached is real and that Christ is being glorified.
  • Faith is built on what you have witnessed, not what you have been told — seeing God work transforms intellectual agreement into unshakeable conviction.
  • Believers are hidden from the enemy's radar by divine design — this is not passive safety but an active, covenant-sealed concealment tied to destiny and territorial assignment.
  • Prophetic believers operate offensively, not just defensively — God's intention is for His people to know the enemy's plans in advance and cause those plans to collapse back on the enemy.
  • Authority in the spirit is dimensional — the higher the heaven from which you operate, the greater your power over the forces that occupy lower realms.

Reflection Questions

  1. Is your faith currently anchored in what you have seen God do, or is it straining to believe things you have never personally witnessed? What testimony — your own or another's — could God use to shift that?
  2. Are you positioned in a church or spiritual environment where testimony and power are consistently demonstrated? If not, what is that doing to the foundation of your faith?
  3. When you face opposition, do you primarily operate in defense — reacting to attacks — or are you pursuing the prophetic knowledge of the enemy's plans that God has made available to you?
  4. Where has legalism crept into your faith walk, replacing genuine grace-dependence with performance and self-effort? What would it look like to fully trust in God's ability rather than your own compliance?
  5. Do you truly believe you are hidden from the enemy's reach? How would living from that reality — rather than from fear of what the enemy might do — change the decisions you make this week?

"Father, we thank you so much because no man can do this things except you do it. Father, we thank you because this is a sign of your love and your compassion for each and every one of us. That this is also evidence that Jesus truly came in the flesh, died and rose again. And through his mighty sacrifice we are reconciled unto you. And you have not only reconciled us unto you, but as Psalms 103 says, you heal all our sicknesses, forgive all our inequities, and Lord, you feel our mouth with good things. Father, we rejoice in the victory of given us through Jesus Christ, your only Son, your Holy Son."

"I pray that the grace in this house will remain with you. And the testimony of the Lord Jesus will continue to be demonstrated in your life."

"May whatever is planned in the darkness against you. May I have no face? God will make it known unto you."

"Lift your voice:"

"I know your name because I know your name God my best friend is the two God because I know your name. My future is secure. Thank you."

"Lift your voice:"

"The enemy is under my feet. Father in the name of Jesus. Father in the name of Jesus. The enemy is under my feet. Difficulty is under my feet. Difficulty is under my feet. Struggle is under my feet. Difficulty is under my feet. Limitation is under my feet. From today in the name of Jesus. I am hidden under the shadow of the Almighty."

"Lift your voice and begin to pray:"

"Father give me the spirit of Revelation. Father give me the spirit of Revelation. I want to ever the enemies preparing against me. May I see it and avoid it and may they fall into their own trap. In the mighty name of Jesus, may every enemy of my soul, may they fall in their own trap. In the mighty name of Jesus. In the mighty name of Jesus."

"I prophesy to you in the mighty name of Jesus. You are blessed in the city. You are blessed in the country. You are blessed coming in and going out. Whatever you do this week it shall prosper in the mighty name of Jesus."

"Father, we thank you for the gifts, but Father, we thank you for the giver. And we thank you, Lord, that you are the one that put seed in the hands of the sower. That it is a posture of the heart before it is a resource of the hand. So Lord, we thank you for your church. We thank you for your people, God, that you would honor them, Father, as they honor you, with the best that they have, that you would never let us know that we could ever outgive you. You would leave us with no lack, needing no good thing, that Lord, the absence of a thing in our life does not mean that we have lack, but father we have you. The one who gives richly and abundantly without any reservation we have you. So father as your church gives receive them, receive their sacrifice but father receive a heart of obedience. Receive a heart of gratitude and a heart of praise that Lord our giving will go behind our heart to you, our giving will go behind our obedience to you, that you would honor them as you have honored your son Jesus in Jesus' mighty and matchless name."

"Lord Jesus, we thank you for your presence. We thank you for your presence, Lord Jesus. We thank you for the message that you gave our prophet to give us today, we thank you that you gave us the grace to get the message and retain it, and use it in our life for Jesus. Not that we just are here listening, but we're taking it because that's what you want us to do, Lord Jesus. I pray that you come over everybody and bless them more than they ever could think, Lord Jesus. And that as you do your will, your will will happen through them and that they will walk out of this church different than they walked in because that is what you want, Lord Jesus. And we pray that you will do it and we know you will do it because you are the all powerful God and our Father and you could do all things. We thank you for this day, we thank you for this message."
