The Lashown Anointing: Mastering the Power of Intentional Speech
The Lashown Anointing · Part 1 of 2
Core Message
The Lashown anointing—the highest and most accessible anointing from God—flows through a controlled tongue that produces life through intentional speech, and mastering it begins with learning restraint, silence, and guarding your heart from corruption.
Key Scripture
A lot of the troubles people have is because you don't keep your tongue. — Proverbs 21:23 (KJV)
3 Key Takeaways
- Mastering the Lashown anointing begins with learning to keep silent, listen, and speak with intention rather than constant empty chatter that cuts off your ability to receive wisdom and discernment.
- Every word carries consequence—idle words are judged, double-tongued speech corrupts the tongue's power, and whatever you immerse yourself in becomes your default mode of speech and spiritual operation.
- The foundation of the Lashown anointing rests on discerning your own spirit first, guarding your heart against negative thoughts, and conditioning your mind away from corruption so your words cultivate life rather than death.
Prayer Focus
Ask God to help you master your tongue through restraint and silence, guard your heart from corruption, and learn to speak only words that carry life and blessing to those around you.
“The highest level of anointing is not produced by the laying of hands. It is not produced by the feet. It is produced by the tongue. But if you don't know how the anointing of the tongue works, what we call the Lashown anointing, you will never produce any blessing on this earth.”
